• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or teosbet staff through any communication channel.
• Creating accounts using false identities or on behalf of another person without their express consent.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restrictions, age verification measures, or security controls implemented by teosbet.

teosbet reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

teosbet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your teosbet account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system failures, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.

teosbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your teosbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude teosbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

teosbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if teosbet reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to teosbet, other users, or the integrity of the Platform.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or are otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

You may close your teosbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

teosbet operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Certain disputes relating to gaming operations may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

teosbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, teosbet will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by other reasonable means.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the teosbet Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
